Why Parents@StNicks

	To provide the *school* with valuable feedback, and enhance teacher-parent communication. In the process, the school becomes more aware of parental perspective. Our volunteers constitute a rich resource that the school can tap on to help it achieve its goals.
To help *parents* to better understand school policies and goals, and foster a closer and stronger relationship with teachers. In addition, Parents@StNicks enables parents to have a better understanding on parenting issues, and provide a warm and friendly environment for them to share their experiences with one another.		To provide the best learning environment for our *daughters*. Research has concluded that parental involvement leads to improvement in student achievements. Students tend to exhibit more positive attitudes and social behaviour. They are also more motivated and have better self-esteem.
